Codes of ethical conduct
93Approval to be personal to code holder
An approval of a code of ethical conduct is personal to the code holder and, except with the consent of the Director-General, is not transferable.
An approval of a code of ethical conduct does not vest by operation of law in any person other than the code holder.
For the purposes of subsection (1), where—
- a code holder assigns the assets and goodwill of the code holder's business to another person; or
- a transfer of all or some of the share capital of the code holder has the effect of transferring control of the code holder's business to another person,—
