112Performance standards

  1. The Director-General may from time to time, by notice in the Gazette,—

  2. issue performance standards in relation to the exercise or performance by accredited reviewers of their functions, powers, and duties under this Act:
    1. amend or revoke any performance standards issued under paragraph (a).
