174Certain offences against Dog Control Act 1996 to be treated as offences against this Act

  1. For the purposes of this Part, and sections 169, 170, 172, and 173, an offence against section 54 of the Dog Control Act 1996 is deemed to be an offence against Part 1 of this Act.
