This applies to you if you are engaged in, or want to be engaged in, these activities and you want to use animals. You can also apply if you are not directly engaged in these activities but you want to help a teaching organisation use animals in research, testing, or teaching. You must follow the rules to get approval for a code of ethical conduct. The Director-General will consider your application if you are one of the people who can apply, as stated in the law.
