156HEffect of appeal

  1. An appeal under section 156F or 156G has the following effects:

  2. the Director-General whose compliance notice is appealed against must not cancel the notice while the notice is the subject of an appeal or while the time for the person's appeal rights is running; and
    1. the person who appeals must comply with the notice if compliance is required as the result of the person exercising the person's appeal rights.
