Conservation Act 1987

New Zealand Conservation Authority and Conservation Boards - New Zealand Conservation Authority

6E: Annual report

You could also call this:

"The Conservation Authority's yearly report to the Minister about its work and decisions."

The New Zealand Conservation Authority makes a report to the Minister each year. You will see this report is about how the Authority uses its powers and functions. The Authority gives the report to the Minister.

The Minister then gives a copy of the report to the House of Representatives as soon as possible. You can find more information about this in the Conservation Law Reform Act 1990. The Minister does this after they get the report from the Authority.
