48AA: Regulations prescribing time limits for applications for concessions

You could also call this:

"Rules for deadlines when applying for concessions"

The Governor-General can make rules about time limits for things that need to be done when someone applies for a concession under Part 3B. You might need to do something within a certain time limit if you apply for a concession. The rules can say how long you have to do something, and what happens if you do not do it on time. The Governor-General can also make rules about how to extend a time limit, and what the consequences are if you miss the extended time limit. You can find out more about how these rules are published by looking at Part 3 of the Legislation Act 2019.
