Conservation Act 1987

Concessions

17ZJ: Reconsideration of decisions

You could also call this:

"Asking the Minister to rethink their decision about your concession application"

If you apply for a concession, the Minister can look again at their decision. The Minister can do this if they said no to your concession application. You can ask the Minister to reconsider their decision.

If the Minister said yes to your concession application, they can also look again at their decision. This can happen if you ask them to before the concession document is finalised. You need to make this request before the document is signed.
