17AConservation areas to be managed by Department

  1. Subject to this Act, the Department shall administer and manage all conservation areas and natural and historic resources in accordance with—

  2. statements of general policy approved under section 17B or section 17C; and
    1. conservation management strategies, conservation management plans, and freshwater fisheries management plans.
