Conservation Act 1987

Concessions

17Y: Rents, fees, and royalties

You could also call this:

"Paying for using conservation land: rents, fees, and royalties"

When the Minister grants a concession, you must pay rents, fees, and royalties to the Minister. You also have to pay any other levies or charges that come with using the land, either to the Minister or to someone the Minister tells you to pay. The Minister decides how much you pay based on things like what you are doing and how it affects the area. The Minister reviews the rent, fees, and royalties every three years or less to make sure they are fair.
