"Seeing records of concession applications and decisions"
The Director-General must keep records available for you to look at during business hours.
These records include information about each application for a concession that the Minister receives.
You can see details of any public notification of the application and the decision made on it at an office in the area where the concession applies.
The Director-General chooses which office or offices you can visit to see these records.
You can inspect them during usual business hours.
The records are about concessions and the decisions made on applications for them.
The office where you can see the records is in the locality where the concession applies, as specified by the Director-General.
This means you can go to that office to see the records of concession applications and decisions.
The Director-General makes sure the records are available for you to inspect.

17ZIRecords
The Director-General shall keep reasonably available for public inspection during usual business hours at such office or offices in the locality where the relevant concession applies, as may be specified by the Director-General,—
records of each application for a concession received by the Minister; and
details of any public notification of the application; and
the decision made on the application.
