Conservation Act 1987

Infringement offences - Infringement offences - Miscellaneous infringement offences

51U: Failure to produce permits, etc, on demand

You could also call this:

"Show your permit when asked or you might break the law"

If you do something that needs a permit or special permission under the Conservation Act, you must show the permit if a warranted officer asks you to. You need to have the right paperwork to do certain things, and you must show it when asked. If you do not show the permit, you will commit an infringement offence.

If a warranted officer asks to see your permit and you do not show it, you will be in trouble with the law. You must follow the rules and show your permit when asked, or you will commit an offence. This is part of the Conservation Act and the rules that come with it, which were updated by the Conservation (Infringement System) Act 2018.
