Conservation Act 1987

Control of dogs

26ZZF: Issue of notice

You could also call this:

"The Minister can approve and publish a notice after considering certain conditions and rules."

The Minister can approve a notice if they are satisfied with certain things, have thought about other matters, and considered specific conditions when making decisions. You can find these things in sections like section 26ZS, section 26ZT, section 26ZU, and section 26ZV. The Minister can then publish a notice under section 26ZS with or without making changes.
