26FBPowers of fish and game rangers

  1. Subject to this Act and the terms of the warrant of appointment of any fish and game ranger, a fish and game ranger shall have and may exercise all the powers exercisable by a warranted officer under this Act or the Wildlife Act 1953, or under any regulations or notices made under either of those Acts.
