51TManagement of marginal strips

  1. A manager of a marginal strip must not—

  2. damage, or cause to be damaged, the marginal strip or any part of it; or
    1. use the marginal strip for any purpose contrary to a provision of, or a requirement imposed under, Part 4A.
      1. A person who fails to comply with this section commits an infringement offence.
