30Powers and duties of members of Emergency Management Committees

  1. Each member of an Emergency Management Committee—

  2. may acquire, hold, and dispose of real or personal property for the use of the Committee; and
    1. may remunerate its representative for the cost of that person's participation in the Committee; and
      1. must provide to the Committee the information or reports that may be required by the Committee; and
        1. must pay the costs of administrative and related services in accordance with section 38; and
          1. must pay the costs, or a share of the costs, of any emergency management activity that the member has agreed to pay; and
            1. may carry out any other functions or duties conferred on a member of a Committee under this Act.
