119Terminating state of emergency
The Minister may declare that a state of national emergency is terminated.
The Minister or an authorised person may declare that the state of local emergency is terminated.
A declaration made under this section ends the state of emergency when made.
In addition, a state of local emergency ends in the following circumstances:
- if an authorised person declares a local transition period under section 145(2), to the extent specified in accordance with section 145(6) (if applicable):
- if the Minister declares a local transition period under section 146(2), to the extent specified in accordance with section 146(4) (if applicable).
