154Form and publication of declarations of transition periods, extensions, and terminations

  1. This section applies to the following declarations:

  2. a declaration of a transition period:
    1. a declaration of the extension of the duration of a transition period:
      1. a declaration of the termination of a transition period.
        1. The declaration must—

        2. specify the time and date on which the declaration is given; and
          1. specify the areas, districts, or wards to which it applies; and
            1. otherwise be in the form and manner prescribed in the rules.
              1. The declaration may include any additional information that the person making the declaration considers relevant.

              2. A person who makes a declaration must do both of the following:

              3. as soon as is reasonably practicable, notify the public of the declaration by publishing it on an internet site to which the public has free access:
                1. ensure that the declaration is published in the Gazette as soon as is reasonably practicable.
