106Changes to sector response plan

  1. The Director-General may amend, replace, or revoke a sector response plan at any time.

  2. Before approving a replacement or an amended sector response plan, the Director-General must consult essential infrastructure providers or other persons with responsibilities or duties under the plan.

  3. Subsection (2) does not apply in the case of minor amendments to the plan.
