195When compensation is payable by more than 1 party

  1. This section applies if compensation is payable under section 192 or 194 by more than 1 of the following parties:

    1. the responsible Emergency Management Committee:
      1. the responsible territorial authority.
        1. Unless those parties agree otherwise, the compensation payable must be divided equally among the parties and each party must pay 1 share of the cost.
