121Interpretation of this subpart

1. In this subpart, unless the context otherwise requires,—

   applicable emergency means the emergency in respect of which a state of emergency has been declared at the time at which, and in respect of which, the power is exercised

   authorised Controller means any one of the following persons:

   1. a Regional Controller:
   2. a District Controller

   property means any of the following:

   1. land:
   2. a building:
   3. an animal:
   4. a vehicle, a ship, or an aircraft:
   5. earth-moving equipment or construction materials or equipment:
   6. furniture, bedding, food, or water:
   7. medicines or medical supplies:
   8. any other apparatus, implement, equipment, materials, or supplies

   specified person means any one of the following persons:

   1. the National Controller:
   2. a Regional Controller:
   3. a District Controller:
   4. a constable.
