This page is about a bill. That means that it's not the law yet, but some people want it to be the law. It could change quickly, and some of the information is just a draft.

If you are an authorised Recovery Manager or a constable, you may take action to close roads and public places. You can do this if you believe it is necessary to limit or reduce the emergency or prevent negative effects. You may prohibit or restrict people or vehicles from accessing a road or public place. This prohibition or restriction can be total or partial, meaning it can apply to everyone or just some people or vehicles.
