If you are on an Emergency Management Committee, you can make small changes to your regional emergency management plan. You can do this without checking the whole plan under section 93 if you think the change is minor. You think a change is minor if it does not affect people's rights and does not change what people have to do much. You can make a minor change if it will not affect people's rights. It is also minor if it does not change what people have to do, or if it only changes it a little bit. This means you can update your plan without having to review the whole thing if the changes are small.
