If you are removed from prison for a short time under section 62, the chief executive decides how long you are away. You must be with an officer, staff member, or probation officer the whole time. The chief executive can also set other conditions for your removal. The chief executive can make you follow certain rules, like being tracked electronically to make sure you are where you are supposed to be. This helps the chief executive keep an eye on you while you are away from prison.
