88: Reporting on use of force, weapons, and mechanical restraints

88Reporting on use of force, weapons, and mechanical restraints

  1. Particulars of the use of force, less-lethal weapons, and mechanical restraints must, wherever required by regulations made under this Act,—

  2. be recorded; and
    1. be given by notice in writing to the chief executive and to any other person or persons specified in those regulations.
