If you are under control or supervision, the chief executive must make sure you can get help to make a complaint. You can get help to make a complaint or to check information about your complaint that is written down. The chief executive must also make sure you get help if you have trouble talking or writing, so you can fill out any necessary documents and prepare or present your case. This help is so you can complete the documents and prepare or present your case properly.
