154Assistance to make complaints
The chief executive must ensure that a person under control or supervision is given the opportunity to—
- obtain assistance to enable the person to make a complaint; or
- verify any information recorded on a form or other document outlining a complaint.
The chief executive must ensure that any person who is under control or supervision who has difficulties with verbal or written communication is provided with assistance—
- to complete any required documents; and
- to prepare or present his or her case.
