229Certain Visiting Justices cease to hold office

  1. Every person (other than a Judge) who, immediately before the commencement of this section, holds office as a Visiting Justice ceases to hold that office on the commencement of this section.

  2. No person is entitled to compensation for loss of office as a Visiting Justice under subsection (1).
