If you are a prison manager, you must put an at-risk prisoner in a safe cell or room to stop them from harming themselves. You must also make sure the prisoner is checked by an officer at times you decide. The health centre manager must send a registered health professional to visit the prisoner at least twice a day, unless they think it is not needed.
