140Commencement of penalties

  1. A penalty imposed under section 133 or section 137

  2. commences on the date it is imposed; and
    1. may not be cumulative on any other penalty imposed under section 133 or section 137.
      1. Subsection (1)(a) is subject to section 136(6).
