Corrections Act 2004

92C: Particular matters relating to imaging technology searches

You could also call this:

"Rules for taking pictures of you with special scanning machines"

When you have an imaging technology search, the image made must try to avoid showing a clear picture of your body under your clothes. It must also hide or make it hard to see your private parts if they are in the image. You should know that images made for detecting unauthorised items must be thrown away within 24 hours, and images made to check your body temperature must be thrown away within 1 hour. The person doing the imaging technology search must not take a photo of the image, copy it, or give it to someone else without a good reason.
