64Membership

  1. The New Zealand Law Society has members in accordance with its constitution and this Act, but membership is voluntary and does not of itself—

  2. impose on the members any liability in respect of any contract, debt, or other obligation made or incurred by the New Zealand Law Society; or
    1. confer on the members any right, title, or interest in the property of the New Zealand Law Society.
