136Complaint by Law Society or Society of Conveyancers

  1. Without limiting the right of any person to make a complaint under section 132, it is declared that a complaint under that section may be made by—

  2. a member of the council of the New Zealand Law Society or a person acting on its behalf; or
    1. a member of the council of the New Zealand Society of Conveyancers or a person acting on its behalf.
