The annual report of the Legal Complaints Review Officer must include certain information. You will find details like the number and types of applications for review made in the year. It also includes whether the reviews have been completed and how long they took. The report must state the outcomes of the reviews and how many applications are still outstanding. The report does not have to include information that could identify specific people or companies. You can expect to see this information in the annual report of the Legal Complaints Review Officer.
