You can be part of a Standards Committee that appoints smaller committees. These smaller committees have members from the Standards Committee and other people the committee chooses. They help the Standards Committee with its work. You can ask these smaller committees to look into things and report back to the Standards Committee. They can also do some of the work of the Standards Committee on its behalf. The Standards Committee is in charge of these smaller committees and can change or end them at any time.
