385References to President of District Law Society

  1. Unless the context otherwise requires, and subject to the provisions of this Act, every reference in any other enactment or in any deed or other document to the President of a District Law Society must, after the dissolution of that District Law Society, be read as if it were a reference to the President of the New Zealand Law Society.
