335Exclusions

  1. Section 334 does not apply to any conditional fee agreement that relates to—

  2. criminal proceedings; or
    1. proceedings under the Immigration Act 2009; or
      1. review proceedings in respect of a statutory power of decision arising out of or under the Immigration Act 2009; or
        1. proceedings in respect of which the Family Court has jurisdiction; or
          1. appeals from, or applications for judicial review made in relation to, decisions made in any of the proceedings described in paragraphs (a) to (d).
