103Amendment of rules

  1. The Council of the New Zealand Law Society or the Council of the New Zealand Society of Conveyancers may, at any time, amend any of its rules to which section 100 applies, or revoke them and replace them with new rules.

  2. An amendment, or a revocation and replacement, may be made only after the Minister has approved, and the following people have been consulted on, the proposed amendment or revocation and replacement:

  3. lawyers or conveyancers, as the case may be; and
    1. such other persons or groups as the Minister may direct.
      1. An instrument that amends, or revokes and replaces, rules under this section is secondary legislation (see Part 3 of the Legislation Act 2019 for publication requirements).
