202General powers

  1. The Legal Complaints Review Officer has, in addition to the powers conferred on the Legal Complaints Review Officer by this Act, all such powers as are reasonably necessary or expedient to enable the Legal Complaints Review Officer to carry out his or her functions under this Act.
