353Continuation of disciplinary proceedings and certain other proceedings

  1. This section applies to the following proceedings:

  2. all proceedings in relation to all investigations, inquiries, applications, appeals, and other proceedings of a disciplinary nature under the Law Practitioners Act 1982 which have been commenced before the commencement of this section and which have not been determined or completed before the commencement of this section:
    1. all proceedings in relation to applications by practitioners for the restoration of their names to the roll which have been made before the commencement of this section under section 116 of the Law Practitioners Act 1982 and which have not been determined before the commencement of this section:
      1. all proceedings which relate to the revision of bills of costs and which have been commenced but not completed under Part 8 of the Law Practitioners Act 1982 before the commencement of this section.
        1. The proceedings to which this section applies are, subject to sections 354 to 361 of this Act, to be continued and completed as if the Law Practitioners Act 1982 had not been repealed.
