386Members of New Zealand Law Society

  1. Despite the repeal of the Law Practitioners Act 1982 by this Act, every person who, by virtue of section 3(2) of that Act, is, at the commencement of this section, a member of the New Zealand Law Society continues to be, subject to this Act and the constitution of that society, a member of that society.
