174Obligation to produce warrant

  1. Any person who executes a warrant issued under section 172 or section 173

  2. must carry the warrant with him or her; and
    1. must produce the warrant for inspection, along with evidence of his or her identity, on initial entry and, if requested, at any subsequent time; and
      1. must, if requested at the time of the execution of the warrant or at any subsequent time, provide a copy of the warrant within 7 days after the request is made.
