192AOrderly and efficient operation

  1. The Legal Complaints Review Officer is responsible for making such arrangements as are practicable to ensure that he or she and any Deputy Legal Complaints Review Officer performs his or her functions—

  2. in an orderly and efficient manner; and
    1. in a way that achieves the purposes of this Act.
