200Avoidance of unnecessary formality

  1. The Legal Complaints Review Officer must conduct any review with as little formality and technicality, and as much expedition, as is permitted by—

  2. the requirements of this Act; and
    1. a proper consideration of the review; and
      1. the rules of natural justice.
