When you look at section 363, you need to read section 160 of the Law Practitioners Act 1982 in a special way. You should substitute two new paragraphs for paragraphs (a) and (aa). These new paragraphs talk about money that is already in the fund when the Law Practitioners Act 1982 is repealed by section 349 of the Lawyers and Conveyancers Act 2006, and money that solicitors pay into the fund.
