You have the same rights as a witness in court when you give information to a Standards Committee. You have these rights when you give evidence or answer questions to a Standards Committee. You also have these rights when you show papers or documents to a Standards Committee. When you deal with a Standards Committee, it includes people who work for them or do tasks on their behalf. This means investigators and other people who act for the Standards Committee. You can find similar information in the s 127 from 1982.
