Complaints and discipline - Jurisdiction of High Court and Court of Appeal

You could also call this:

You need to know what happens when a court makes a certain order. If a court decides to remove a lawyer's name from the list of lawyers or stop them from working as a lawyer, it must tell people. The court does this by publishing a notice in the Gazette. You will see the date and what the order means in the notice. The person in charge of the court must make sure the notice is published as soon as possible. This notice is important because it lets people know what is happening with the lawyer. The court must follow the rules and publish the notice in the Gazette, which is like an official newspaper, so everyone can see it.
