419: Decision by chief executive about person boarding craft for purpose of travelling to New Zealand

You could also call this:

“Chief executive's decision on boarding for travel to New Zealand continues under new Act”

From the time section 404 of this Act starts, any decision the chief executive made under section 125AB of the old Act will be treated as if it was made under section 97(1) of this new Act. This means the new Act will apply to these decisions, with any changes that might be needed.

Also, from when section 404 begins, if the chief executive told a carrier or person in charge of a commercial craft something under section 125AB(2) of the old Act, this will be treated as if they were told under section 97(2) of the new Act. The new Act will apply to these notifications, with any changes that might be needed.
