324ILapse of conditions of release

  1. Conditions imposed under section 324F or varied under section 324G lapse, and the person subject to the conditions ceases to be bound by them,—

  2. if the person—
    1. is detained under section 313 or under a warrant of commitment under section 317; or
      1. leaves New Zealand; or
        1. otherwise ceases to be liable to arrest and detention under this Part:
        2. on the final expiry of any term for which the condition applies.
