Child Support Act 1991

Voluntary agreements - Qualifying voluntary agreements

54: Act not to affect other provisions of agreement

You could also call this:

"This law doesn't change other parts of child support agreements"

This part of the law doesn't change how a voluntary agreement works for children who aren't qualifying children. It also doesn't affect how the agreement applies to certain people mentioned in another part of the law called section 47(4). Additionally, it doesn't change any of the rules talked about in section 48(3). So, even though this law exists, those parts of the voluntary agreement still work the same way they did before.
