"Sharing important information to make sure the Child Support Act works well"

The Director-General of Social Welfare has to give the Commissioner some important information. This information is mentioned in sections 261, 264, and 267 of the Child Support Act 1991. The Director-General should give as much of this information as they can. This is to help make sure these sections of the Act, and the whole Act, can work properly. Even if other laws say this information shouldn't be shared, the Director-General is allowed to share it for this purpose.
